You can exchange an eligible item for another available size or length within 30 days.
Our chains are available in several lengths, including 45cm, 50cm, 55cm and 60cm depending on the design.

05 Can I return my order if it is not right for me?
Yes. You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original condition and packaging.
