We are a UK-based company, and all of our orders are dispatched directly from our UK warehouse.

HOW DOES SHIPPING AND DELIVERY WORK

We ship worldwide. UK orders qualify for free standard shipping. International shipping costs vary and are calculated at checkout.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

UK Standard Delivery: 3-5 business days

UK Express Shipping: 1-2 business days

International Delivery: 5-14 business days (varies by destination)

DO YOU OFFER EXPRESS SHIPPING?

Yes! UK express shipping is available at checkout. Delivery takes 1-2 business days.

HOW MUCH DO I PAY FOR SHIPPING

If you’re located anywhere, standard shipping is free on all orders.

You also have the option to select Express Shipping so you can get your Pendant even FASTER and the current price is displayed on the shipping page!

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE

The estimated delivery time for your order depends on the shipping method chosen at checkout:

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND REFUND POLICY?

We offer a hassle-free 14-day return policy on unused items in their original packaging. Refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive the returned item.

WHAT IS YOUR PROCESS FOR RETURNS AND REFUNDS?
